  • We start by discussing your project goals, timeline, and budget to ensure we're the right fit and align on your vision. We'll gather key details about your property, answer any questions, and explain our process for full transparency. After the Discovery Meeting, we provide a detailed agreement and proposal to secure your place on our design calendar.

  • Once it's official, we create a standout rental property that enhances both appeal and functionality, enhancing your investment. For each space, we provide two curated collections that match your vision and budget, all documented in our online portal for easy access and streamlined communication. You'll review mood boards and select your furnishings collection, then we’ll order and prepare for installation.

  • The final phase is where the magic happens—your installation! We coordinate the delivery of all VestHome-ordered items and be on-site to ensure everything is perfectly placed.
